Our digital assistant helps with questions about work and recruitment. Messages and any contact details you choose to share are stored in J3R so our team can follow up. A conversation token in your browser lets you return to your chat. Do not share identity documents, bank details or medical information in the chat.

How long we keep application data

We delete your application data and any CV within 4 weeks after your application process ends. Keeping your details for future opportunities requires separate permission and an agreed retention period. Permission to contact you about this application does not include permission to keep your details for future vacancies.

Before real applications open

Before applications open, we will complete the grounds for processing and information about any international data transfers.

How we use your information
